I’ve installed the latest WordPress for you, and uploaded both of the themes you liked.
You can access the themes by logging into your account:
http://jackiebayne.com/wp-admin/
This will take you to the dashboard of the WordPress back end. Explore a little if you like, and then click the tab called “Presentation”
There you can chose your themes.
